MaLaYsiA.. tRuE AsiA..........

Recently got an opportunity  to explore places of interest in Malaysia, I was very excited because this Malaysia  trip was just marvelous in my eye and even  more charmed due to my first international trip. we went through Thomas cook India Limited. Itinerary was like :
Bangalore-Penag- Genting- Ipho-Kuala Lumpur-bangalore.

First thing to hit me was the heat and humidity of KL airport, even at  12.00 am local time.

Well I got chance to deep into Malaysian coffee on our way to Penang and learn few local word from the shopkeeper like "susu" means milk and "selamat datang" means welcome in malay language. I always love to learn different languages. Its fun. Gotto tast sum Malaysian cuisine too like Nasi lemak..

On Penang  we checked  in hydro hotel which was beside Miami beach. I love staying over here & The breakfast over was was juz not yummy more than that :) ....  we used to have our dinner lunch at palace d india where u can get authentic Indian cuisine at penang. they do have branch at Lankawai..

Here I got to see Malaysian boutique, learn do's & dont's of tour guide from Malyasian tour guide Mr. Luke. It was really great as beacuse one full day Malaysian Government hosted us. They sent 2 tour guide from Malaysian Tourism Ministry. They took us to the  all around the island and world's only snake temple which was really horror and I took picture by keeping 3 Python in my shoulder with Farah. he he he... was going mad on that particular time.. was like "chere de ma kede bachi" ;)

By looking at water sports equipment at batu firangi beach felt like the adventures started. Paragliding, jet skiing, banana ride all were hilarious. I took part in all the events...

Then our Mta group went to Genting highland which known as Las vegas og Malaysia. It was unexpectedly foggy and windy. we stayed at First World Hotel which was the 3rd largest hotel in the world. Though rooms were quiet small but I enjoyed staying over here. Theme park was not that great, felt like those rides built for kids. I took picture wit Iguana which was really scary though I smile :D while giving pose for photo....

I must speak about the indoor world which was kinda dream place of me. Every where there was something to catch your eye.
I did lots of shopping from there. we got chance to enter in Casino world but could not play as its glam baling.. so we were not allowed to play as a student seems.. ok cholo.. at least dekh to liya... il explore in my next visit...

I saw Batu cave which I use to see in many Tamil movie.. Its in Tamil don "Billa" movie acted by Ajith.. Then we went to duty free jewelery shop. Its worth to purchase from here. here India white gold's are really costly compare to Malaysia.. its almost 3.500 difference... Then we went to Pearl International hotel..

Then we reached at the land of giant building, Kuala Lumpur.Petronas tower :) Hailed as the Twin Jewels of Kuala Lumpur, a visit to KL just isn’t complete unless you’ve visited these mind blowing structures.I was keep wondering how they built it. Our tour guide was so kind enough that he arranged tickets for us by standing in queue from early morning 3 o'clock. skywalk @ twin tower was breath taking.. :)

I saw monorail which was new to me ... & the 421-metre-high KL Tower is, at present, the world's fifth tallest structure. Officially known as Menara KL tower. It shaped like pineapple & it have a revolving restaurant at top. watching from the viwer desk @ top was really thrilling.. we also saw

The Thean Hou Temple is one of the
oldest Chinese temple in Southeast Asia .
It known as merci’s temple. Then to Istana Negara which is the official residence of the "Supreme Head”. but u can watch the Palace from outside the main gate.
We went to National mosque which is          uniquely designed mosque embodies a contemporary expression of traditional
           Islamic art.

we visited national monument too which was art of patriotic..

I must say about the Purajaya cruising on the man made lake and viewed  various landmarks like the putrajaya International Convention Center, Putra Mosque, Seri Wawasan Bridge from the air conditioned boat. Malaysia was great place for shopping.so,we did shopping from the Mid valley mega mall which was cheap & worthy..

and I collected lots of chocolates and Malaysian Mee and snacks.

During trip got knowledge about-
  • FOREX procedure.
  • Malaysian culture.
  • Malaysian boutique.
  • How chocolate produce from cocoa fruits.
  • Time management.
  • Responsibilities of tour guide.
  • Responsibilities of tour manager.
  • Promoting any destination.
  • self check in at KL airport.
